Position Summary: Supports station/call centre operations and management in all aspects of business and office procedures including liaison with internal and external customers, suppliers and employees. Co-ordinates all administrative aspects of the station/call centre and directly assists senior manager in achievement of departmental goals. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High school diploma/educational equivalent with secretarial courses or business college training preferred. Two (2) years experience in a customer contact environment of which one (1) year is in a secretarial/administrative role. Standard level MS Excel, Word. PowerPoint is preferred. Good communication (verbal/written), interpersonal and organizational skills required.
