ADDRESS: 1541A Kittyhawk Road, Sidney, BC V8L5V6. This is based at the Victoria International Airport. HOURS DETAILS: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm WAGE: $18.91/hour GENERAL SUMMARY Supports operations and management in all aspects of business and office procedures including liaison with internal and external customers, suppliers and employees. Directly assists Senior Manager with reports and projects. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES High school diploma/educational equivalent with secretarial courses or business college training preferred. Two (2) years experience in a customer contact environment of which one (1) year is in a secretarial/administrative role. Standard level MS Excel, Word. PowerPoint is preferred. Good communication (verbal/written), interpersonal and organizational skills required.
